Program runs after school every weekday

After 10:00 AM, a $30 late fee applies

NEW! Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt is a high-intensity, strength-building workout that uses only your own body to sculpt muscles, combining yoga poses with strength and cardio exercises. A typical bodyweight yoga sculpt routine starts with a warm-up like Vinyasa flow and child's pose, then progresses to exercises like push-ups, lunges, and planks, and incorporates movements to elevate your heart rate, followed by core work and a cool-down stretch. It can increase muscle tone and definition and is suitable for all fitness levels by modifying poses.

Pre-K & Kindergarten Spring Lacrosse Program - In partnership with Kennebunkport Recreation & Kennebunk Lacrosse Club
Join us this spring for a fun and active introduction to the exciting sport of lacrosse! Designed specifically for Pre-K and Kindergarten children, this coed program focuses on learning the basics in a supportive and engaging environment. Each week, players will develop foundational skills including:
Stick work – learning how to cradle and control the ball
Ground balls – practicing scooping techniques
Passing and catching – building teamwork and coordination
Game introduction – understanding the flow and fun of lacrosse
Equipment Needed:
Lacrosse stick
Athletic shoes or cleats (no special gear required)
Led by Kennebunk Lacrosse Club coaches and enthusiastic parent volunteers, this program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and — most importantly — having fun! Details at a Glance:

In this 55-minute class, you will explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Join us this spring for a fun and active introduction to the exciting sport of lacrosse! Designed specifically for Pre-K and Kindergarten children, this coed program focuses on learning the basics in a supportive and engaging environment. Each week, players will develop foundational skills including:
Stick work – learning how to cradle and control the ball
Ground balls – practicing scooping techniques
Passing and catching – building teamwork and coordination
Game introduction – understanding the flow and fun of lacrosse

What to Expect
Join us Mondays through Thursdays for an ever-changing lineup of activities, including: • Day trips • Swimming holes • River tubing • Exploring and hiking • And plenty more surprises along the way!
