Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your current fitness routine, this class offers a supportive and engaging environment to build strength safely and at your own pace.What to Expect: Full-body workouts using resistance bands Focus on posture, stability, and controlled movements Great for all fitness levels A fun and motivating group atmosphere Cost: $60 for the full 6-week session.Drop-in: Drop-in to any class for only $12, due day-of.Schedule:May 5th, 12th and 19th (no class on May 26th for Memorial Day)June 2nd, 9th, 16th*You will need to bring your own resistance bands. Each date we will have something fun for the kids to do. It might be entertainment or a movie, a trampoline park, gaming fun or so much more. We will be returning to Consolidated by 4:30pm. 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM	Summer Camp 2025 - After Camp Week 2 Registration for Summer Camp 2025 opens to Residents of Kennebunkport on Monday, February 10th at 9:00am. Registration will open to all on Monday, February 24th at 9:00am. Summer Adventures Camp is a great opportunity for kids to have fun with games, crafts, and field trips and make memories that will last a lifetime! Camp is open to children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade in the fall.For kids entering grades 6-8 in the fall be sure to check out our Outdoor Adventures program. In an effort to ensure no one is denied access to a program due to inability to pay, guardians can apply for limited scholarship funds.There is a sibling discount of 10%.Payment plans are available for the Summer Day Camp.
