Summer Coached Improver Pickleball Lessons 2026 - Sunday Coached Improver Lessons - Session 2 Get Outdoors & Take Your Pickleball Game Higher! It’s time to hit the courts and jump into some pickleball fun! In this multi-week program, Coach Dave will help elevate your game through live, competitive play. You’ll refine your technique, strengthen your court awareness, and learn how to apply strategy in real-time match situations. This class focuses on connecting the skills you’ve already developed and turning them into confident, higher-level play. This program is designed for players who have completed our Improvers Lessons or who are already comfortable with dinking and rallying consistently, and are ready to advance to the next stage.Spots are limited! Enrollment is capped at 12 participants (4 minimum) to ensure ample court time and personalized instruction.Meet the Coach:Dave Cousins is a PTR, USPTA, and IFP (International Federation of Pickleball) Certified Professional with many years of teaching experience in Southern Maine. By the end of the session, players will have the foundational knowledge and skills needed to begin playing Pickleball with confidence. Please bring your own paddle, or feel free to use one of ours. Each date we will have something fun for the kids to do. It might be a movie, trampoline park, gaming, or so much more. We will be returning to Consolidated by 4:30pm. Gentle Chair Yoga - Gentle Chair Yoga September 2026 Join Mindy Muse for a 55-minute Chair Yoga class that combines mindfulness, breathing, and gentle yoga postures using the support of a chair. The class includes seated movements along with optional chair-supported standing poses, making it accessible for a variety of fitness levels and abilities. Pre-K students attending RSU21 and live in Kennebunkport
Schedule:
Program runs after school every weekday
Early Release Wednesdays require separate registration
Not available on legal holidays or school snow days
August 31 is included in the month of September and the after school program will be held on this date.
Registration Options:
By day, or for the full school year
Must register in advance to secure a spot
Same-day registration accepted until 10:00 AM at the Recreation Office
After 10:00 AM, a $30 late fee applies
Rates & Payments
$15.50/day ($2,542) – Full-year registration
$16.50/day – Single-day registration
10% deposit ($254.20) required for full-year enrollment (which covers September)
Payment is due before attendance, unless a payment plan is arranged
Full year registration will be broken into 10 monthly payments of $254.20, with payments due at the beginning of the month.
Multiple siblings will receive a 10% discount at check out.

This beginner Tai Chi class is designed for individuals seeking to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being through gentle, flowing movement. Tai Chi is a low-impact mind–body practice that combines slow, controlled motions with deep breathing and mindful awareness.Participants will learn basic Tai Chi principles and simple movement sequences at a comfortable pace. The class emphasizes proper posture, relaxation, coordination, and balance, making it ideal for beginners, older adults, and anyone looking for a safe, supportive way to stay active.No prior experience is required. Movements can be adapted to meet individual needs, including seated or standing options. Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 - TCA2 - Tai Chi A2 Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program. This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements. Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Music Together - Fall Song Collection Join Treetops Music – Music Together® for the Bongos Song Collection beginning Wednesday, September 23! This fall, families will come together to sing, play, laugh, and learn with the Music Together Bongos Song Collection. The songs include lots of upbeat, active songs like "See How I'm Jumping," our take on the timeless nursery rhyme "Hey, Diddle, Diddle," and beautiful melodies such as the Japanese song "Hotaru Koi" and "Walking through the Woods." Kids' Test Kitchen - Kids' Test Kitchen Cooking is a life skill, and so is eating!On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids' Test Kitchen's enthusiastic Facilitators get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Students engage with food in a way that is both educational and fun. Through hands-on experience, kids are taught the value of fresh, healthy ingredients and gain appreciation for the process of transforming those ingredients into a finished product.Each class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids' Test Kitchen, where participation is encouraged, and the choice to taste is always one's own.Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample finished dish - so they can show off what they learned at home!Parents report their kids come home from Kids' Test Kitchen EXCITED about fresh ingredients and new flavors!
