Welcome to After School Adventures—a fun, active, and enriching after school program designed specifically for students at Consolidated School and Pre-K students who will attend Kindergarten there next year. Our program provides a safe and engaging environment where kids can play, learn, and unwind after the school day with a balance of outdoor adventures, creative play, and structured activities. What to Expect at the ProgramWe focus on creating a positive, well-rounded experience with:
A mix of active & quiet activities
Both structured games and free play
Lots of outdoor time, weather permitting
Please dress your child appropriately for outdoor play each day!Who Can Attend:
Students currently enrolled at Consolidated School
Pre-K students who live in Kennebunkport
Schedule:
Program runs after school every weekday
Early Release Wednesdays require separate registration
Not available on legal holidays or school snow days
Registration Options:
By day, or for the full school year
Must register in advance to secure a spot
Same-day registration accepted until 10:00 AM at the Recreation Office
After 10:00 AM, a $30 late fee applies
Rates & Payments
$15/day ($2,550) – Full-year registration
$16.50/day – Single-day registration
10% deposit ($255) required for full-year enrollment (which covers September)
Payment is due before attendance, unless a payment plan is arranged
Full year registration will be broken into 10 monthly payments of $255, with payments due at the beginning of the month.
Multiple siblings will receive a 10% discount at check out.
Late or Unregistered AttendanceTo ensure safety and proper staffing, all children must be pre-registered. If a child arrives without being registered:
They will be sent to the office for pickup
If they need to stay and space allows, a $30 late fee will apply
If the program is full, we may not be able to accommodate

Yoga Sculpt - Yoga Sculpt
NEW! Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt is a high-intensity, strength-building workout that uses only your own body to sculpt muscles, combining yoga poses with strength and cardio exercises. A typical bodyweight yoga sculpt routine starts with a warm-up like Vinyasa flow and child's pose, then progresses to exercises like push-ups, lunges, and planks, and incorporates movements to elevate your heart rate, followed by core work and a cool-down stretch. It can increase muscle tone and definition and is suitable for all fitness levels by modifying poses.
Held at the Kennebunkport Recreation Building, 20 Recreation Way (next to Consolidated School)Instructor - Jennifer DowlingPlease bring a yoga mat to class each week.Session Fee: $60.00 (5 classes)Drop-in fee is $15 per class. Yoga sculpt is a high-intensity, strength-building workout that uses only your own body to sculpt muscles, combining yoga poses with strength and cardio exercises. A typical bodyweight yoga sculpt routine starts with a warm-up like Vinyasa flow and child's pose, then progresses to exercises like push-ups, lunges, and planks, and incorporates movements to elevate your heart rate, followed by core work and a cool-down stretch. It can increase muscle tone and definition and is suitable for all fitness levels by modifying poses.

In this 55-minute class, you will explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Lots of outdoor time, weather permitting

Pre-K students who live in Kennebunkport

Program runs after school every weekday
Early Release Wednesdays require separate registration
Not available on legal holidays or school snow days

Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED – Blended Learning Course This blended learning program combines convenient online instruction with hands-on, in-person practice to prepare participants to recognize and respond to a variety of emergency situations. The online portion allows you to learn at your own pace through interactive videos, scenarios, and quizzes that cover essential skills for adults, children, and infants. After completing the online modules, participants attend a guided skills session where a certified instructor provides coaching, feedback, and evaluation on CPR, AED use, and first aid techniques. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants
Perform high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths
Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively
Provide first aid for common injuries and sudden illnesses
Act confidently and quickly in an emergency situation
Participants who successfully complete both the online learning and the in-person skills session will receive a 2-year certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. Pre-K students who live in Kennebunkport

Program runs after school every weekday
Early Release Wednesdays require separate registration
Not available on legal holidays or school snow days

Must register in advance to secure a spot
Same-day registration accepted until 10:00 AM at the Recreation Office
After 10:00 AM, a $30 late fee applies
Rates & Payments
$15/day ($2,550) – Full-year registration
$16.50/day – Single-day registration
10% deposit ($255) required for full-year enrollment (which covers September)
Payment is due before attendance, unless a payment plan is arranged
Full year registration will be broken into 10 monthly payments of $255, with payments due at the beginning of the month.
Multiple siblings will receive a 10% discount at check out.

“No Sunshine? No Problem—It’s Indoor Pickleball Time!”Our indoor multi-week lessons give players of all skill levels the chance to improve their game while staying active throughout the season. With three levels—Beginner, Improver, and Coached Improver—you’ll find the right fit whether you’re just starting out, looking to build consistency, or ready for coached gameplay to refine your strategy. Dave's belief is that racket sports have a place for EVERYONE, of any age, ability, or skill set. He strives to help people discover (or re-discover) their passion for racket sports and along the way, take their game to new heights.
