Pre-K students who live in Kennebunkport

Program runs after school every weekday
Early Release Wednesdays require separate registration
Not available on legal holidays or school snow days

Same-day registration accepted until 10:00 AM at the Recreation Office
After 10:00 AM, a $30 late fee applies

With over 20 years of dedicated yoga practice, Jennifer is passionate about sharing yoga with others. She obtained her Buti Yoga Certification in June 2020, bringing a dynamic energy to her teaching. Gentle Chair Yoga - Gentle Chair Yoga October Session In this 55-minute class, you will explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Chair Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress and increasing mind-body connection and self-awareness! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel to place under the chair as well as a beach towel prop to use for resting/relaxation.Walk-ins are welcome for $15.For the safety of all, do not come to class if you are not feeling well. Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 - TCA2 - Tai Chi A2 Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program. This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements. Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 - TCA2 - Tai Chi A2 Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program. This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements. Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 - TCA2 - Tai Chi A2 Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program. This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements. Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Full year registration will be broken into 10 monthly payments of $255, with payments due at the beginning of the month.
Multiple siblings will receive a 10% discount at check out.
Late or Unregistered AttendanceTo ensure safety and proper staffing, all children must be pre-registered. If a child arrives without being registered:
They will be sent to the office for pickup
If they need to stay and space allows, a $30 late fee will apply
If the program is full, we may not be able to accommodate

This 3-week program is for boys and girls in grades 1–4—perfect for beginners and fun for returning players, too. Develop new skills, play small-sided games, and learn from experienced Kennebunk Lacrosse Club coaches with help from Kennebunk High School athletes.
When: Oct 21 – Nov 6 (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30–4:30 PM, 6 sessions) Where:KCS: Oct 21 & 23Sea Road School: Oct 28, 30 & Nov 4, 6Equipment:Girls: Stick, goggles, mouthguard (loaner sticks & goggles available—reserve ahead).Boys: Stick & mouthguard required; bring helmet/gloves if you own them.All Players: Water bottle, athletic clothes & shoes.Note: As part of this program offering, after-school care will be provided, complementary, from dismissal until 3:30pm at the field site on session days.

Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 - TCA2 - Tai Chi A2 Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program. This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements. Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Welcome to After School Adventures—a fun, active, and enriching after school program designed specifically for students at Consolidated School and Pre-K students who will attend Kindergarten there next year. Our program provides a safe and engaging environment where kids can play, learn, and unwind after the school day with a balance of outdoor adventures, creative play, and structured activities. What to Expect at the ProgramWe focus on creating a positive, well-rounded experience with:
A mix of active & quiet activities
Both structured games and free play
Lots of outdoor time, weather permitting
Please dress your child appropriately for outdoor play each day!Who Can Attend:
Students currently enrolled at Consolidated School
Pre-K students who live in Kennebunkport
Schedule:
Program runs after school every weekday
Early Release Wednesdays require separate registration
Not available on legal holidays or school snow days
