Explore mindfulness and Yoga postures with Mindy Muse. Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress and increasing mind-body connection and self-awareness! 

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel as well as a beach towel prop to use for resting/relaxation.

Walk-ins are welcome for $12

For the safety of all, do not come to class if you are not feeling well.
