Participants will learn basic Tai Chi principles and simple movement sequences at a comfortable pace. The class emphasizes proper posture, relaxation, coordination, and balance, making it ideal for beginners, older adults, and anyone looking for a safe, supportive way to stay active.
No prior experience is required. Movements can be adapted to meet individual needs, including seated or standing options. Regular practice can help reduce stress, improve stability and confidence in movement, and support overall physical and mental health.
