Log in to Reserve

Instructions on Reserving the Beach Wheelchair.
Booking a Beach Wheelchair
  • Head to the Recreation Department website at kennebunkportrec.com and either log in to your account or create an account.
  • From the Home screen, click My Account
  • Click the Reserve tab
  • Location type can remain All Types
  • Location has a drop down, select Beach Wheel Chair #1
  • Select your date using the calendar on the left side of the screen
  • Click Save Date
  • Enter the purpose (ie. Need the chair for a guest)
  • Enter headcount (always 1)
  • Verify the date is correct and then click Continue at the bottom of the screen
  • Continue to check out
  • Read the release and program policy
  • Check that you have read
  • Click the check-out button
  • You will be asked if you wish to donate to our scholarship fund, enter $ amount or click the No Thank You button
  • Read equipment release of liability
  • Enter name and date
  • Agree or disagree to terms
  • Click check-out online button
  • There is a $3 convenience fee
  • Continue to credit card form
  • Enter billing information
  • Click submit secure payment
  • Reservation form will be sent to you as well as The Tides Beach Resort
 

Fee Schedule
All rentals are per day.  Wheel chair may be picked up any time and returned by 9:00pm to the Tides Beach Club.
