Cancellations and Refunds


Cancellations:
If we cancel a class or special event, all fees will be refunded via credit to your account. If you prefer a refund via check you must submit the request in writing. Cancellations will be communicated via email blast and listed on our website www.kennebunkportrec.comAll participant-initiated cancellations must be made in writing.

Refunds: All refunds are subject to the following guidelines
All refund requests must be submitted in writing, no refunds will be given through verbal contact or voicemail messages. Refunds will be processed via credit to your account or by check, please indicate your preference in the initial request. Refund processing via check has a two-week minimum turn around. Online convenience fees are non-refundable.; we are unable to apply refunds to credit cards.  
 
Programs with more than one session are subject to the following refund guidelines:


    1. No refunds will be given if your withdrawal effects minimum enrollment requirements specified in the program guidelines.

    1. No refunds will be given after the second class of a session.

    1. If you withdraw 5 business days or more before the start of the program (or on/before the withdrawal deadline specified in the program guidelines) AND the withdrawal does not affect course minimum enrollment OR a replacement can be found, you will receive a full refund less a $10 admin fee.

    1. If you withdraw less than 5 business days before the start of the program (or after the program withdrawal deadline specified in the program guidelines, but before the second class in a session) AND the withdrawal does not affect course minimum enrollment OR a replacement can be found, you will receive a 50% refund.

    1. If you are dissatisfied with a program after the first class in a session, you must let us know in writing before the second class of the session, and we will issue a 50% refund.

    1. If an injury occurs to a participant that prevents that participant from continuing a session, you may request a prorated refund in writing.


Special Event/Trips with only one session are subject to the following refund guidelines:


    1. No refunds will be given if your withdrawal effects minimum enrollment requirements specified in the Special Event/Trip guidelines.

    1. No refunds will be given if you cancel the day of and/or after the Special Event/Trip has taken place.

    1. If you withdraw 5 business days or more before the start of the program (or on/before the program withdrawal deadline specified in the program guidelines) AND the withdrawal does not affect course minimum enrollment OR a replacement can be found, you will receive a full refund less a $10 admin fee.

    1. If you withdraw less than 5 business days before the start of the program (or after the program withdrawal deadline specified in the program guidelines but before the second class in a session) AND the withdrawal does not affect course minimum enrollment OR a replacement can be found, you will receive a 50% refund.
