A Kids’ Test Kitchen Special Event: Chef & Sous
Ready to switch roles in the kitchen? Kids’ Test Kitchen is flipping the script! In this one-time, 75-minute class, kids take charge as Head Chefs, while parents become their trusty Sous Chefs!
Working alongside other family duos, kids will lead the way—calling the shots, exploring flavors, and creating a delicious, kid-approved dish. Parents, your job is to chop, stir, assist, and follow directions (no taking over or unsolicited advice!).
Sous Chef Rules:
- Your child is the boss!
- Chop, stir, and assist as directed.
- Resist the urge to "fix" things.
- No unsolicited critiques.
- Tasting is always a choice.
- Laugh, learn, and enjoy the role reversal!
Expect plenty of laughs, teamwork, and opportunities to build confidence, patience, and communication skills.
We'll wrap up with pressure-free tasting, then send everyone home with the featured ingredient and a printed recipe card to keep the fun cooking!

Each parent and child needs their own registration.
$35 per person | $70 for one parent + one child
