All Levels Yoga

Join Mindy Muse for a 55-minute yoga class designed to help you connect your mind and body through mindful movement, breathing, and yoga postures. Yoga is a wonderful way to improve strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness and overall well-being.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel, along with a beach towel to use as a prop for resting and relaxation.

For the health and safety of all participants, please do not attend class if you are not feeling well.

Are Walk-ins Welcome?

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome for $15, space permitting.

Registration Information:

  • Advance payment is required.
  • Participants may join the session after it begins at a prorated rate, space permitting.
  • Class size is limited to 10 participants.
  • Minimum enrollment: 5 participants.
