Pre-K & Kindergarten Spring Lacrosse Program - In partnership with Kennebunkport Recreation & Kennebunk Lacrosse Club
Join us this spring for a fun and active introduction to the exciting sport of lacrosse! Designed specifically for Pre-K and Kindergarten children, this coed program focuses on learning the basics in a supportive and engaging environment.
Each week, players will develop foundational skills including:
- Stick work – learning how to cradle and control the ball
- Ground balls – practicing scooping techniques
- Passing and catching – building teamwork and coordination
- Game introduction – understanding the flow and fun of lacrosse
Equipment Needed:
- Lacrosse stick
- Athletic shoes or cleats (no special gear required)
Led by Kennebunk Lacrosse Club coaches and enthusiastic parent volunteers, this program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and — most importantly — having fun!
