Decoupage is the art of decorating an object by gluing colored papercut outs onto it in combination with special paint effects, gold leaf, and so on. A decoupage shell is a seashell decorated in this manner. In this class, you will pick two shells, pick your designs, and complete the project from start to finish. You will leave with two works of art!
