“In Your Backyard”—a unique program designed exclusively for adults looking to explore, learn, and connect with their community in a whole new way.
Each month, we’ll visit a different local business for an insider’s look at how things really work—whether it’s brewing the perfect pint, roasting coffee beans, crafting artisan goods, or running a hidden gem you’ve always been curious about. You’ll meet the makers, see the process, and walk away with a deeper appreciation for the incredible talent and effort right here in our backyard.
We will meet at the Recreation Building and take the Recreation Van!
Program Features:
- Monthly visits to locally-owned businesses and workshops
- Guided tours and behind-the-scenes access
- Q&A sessions with owners and operators
