 Mondays | 11:15 AM – 11:55 AM | Location: Recreation Building

Join us for a low-impact Resistance Band Strength Class designed to improve muscle tone, balance, and flexibility using simple, effective resistance band techniques. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your current fitness routine, this class offers a supportive and engaging environment to build strength safely and at your own pace.

What to Expect:
  • Full-body workouts using resistance bands
  • Focus on posture, stability, and controlled movements
  • Great for all fitness levels
  • A fun and motivating group atmosphere
Cost: $10/class if signing up for whole session (i.e.4 classes in session so session is $40)
Drop-in:
 Drop-in to any class for only $12, due day-of.
