Join us for a low-impact Resistance Band Strength Class designed to improve muscle tone, balance, and flexibility using simple, effective resistance band techniques. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your current fitness routine, this class offers a supportive and engaging environment to build strength safely and at your own pace.
What to Expect:
- Full-body workouts using resistance bands
- Focus on posture, stability, and controlled movements
- Great for all fitness levels
- A fun and motivating group atmosphere
Cost: $10/class if signing up for whole session (i.e.4 classes in session so session is $40)
Drop-in: Drop-in to any class for only $12, due day-of.
