Ripich Commons is the main campus dining hub on the Biddeford campus, with more than 10 stations serving up fresh, made-from-scratch food.  There are 10 stations daily that include many fan favorites. In addition to the stations, specials and features rotate over each meal.  The on-site chefs take pride in creating customized menus. The fish and chicken are hand-breaded in-house, pizzas are made by hand with fresh, house-made dough and the meats and seafood are prepared fresh in their kitchens. And there are always options that are free from the top 9 allergens and gluten.  Best of all....it is open to the public and is an all-you-can-eat facility.  

After we dine, we will get a tour of the George and Barbara Bush Center. This facility opened in 2008 on the waterfront of the University of New England Biddeford Campus. It is home to many special collections and archives, including memorabilia given to UNE by George and Barbara Bush.
