Have you ever thought to yourself, "Wow, the Recreation Department puts on so many fun activities for children, I just wish they did something for adults."  Well you're in luck!

Adult's Night Out takes all the stress and decision making out of figuring out what to do! This is an adult program that we are creating for ages 21+.

This program will be running at the same time as Parent's Night Out so that parents with younger children can have the opportunity to join us for all the fun.

When: 6pm-8pm

Thursday, October 12th - Scent Blending at Sea Love
Project - Choose from 3 sizes for candles or a reed diffuser (prices vary per candle)

Located in the heart of Dock Square lies the most fragrant place in the whole Port! Sea Love is a candle bar and boutique above Abacus and across from Mainely Drizzle. We’re partnering with Stacy Miller, the owner of Sea Love, to bring you a Adult’s Night out like no other.

Join us on October 12th from 6-8pm for some wine, finger food, and of course, scent blending! You’ll be able to choose from over 75 different scents or mix and match and make something completely unique for your home. You can choose a small, large, or double wick candle or make a reed diffuser, which is a nice flameless option. After you hand pour your candle or reed diffuser, enjoy a nice moment to mingle and meet new people or catch up with old friends.

Thursday, November 9th - Paint and Sip Night w/ The Creative Soul

Life gets hectic sometimes, which is why it's always important to take some time for you and the ones you love.  Join us for a relaxing evening with Paint & Sip at The Creative Soul Art Studio.  We will provide 1 glass of wine and a variety of snacks to enjoy while you create a masterpiece.  We are doing a small class size of 8, which is what the studio can hold, but if the interest is there then we can create a second date.

"We focus on creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.  We understand that life can be stressful, and our studio is designed to be a peaceful retreat.  Our classes and workshops are specifically tailored to provide a calming and meditative experience that allows you to escape from the daily grind and focus on your own personal growth."

Each program will be priced differently based upon the activity. 

Paint & Sip - Art Supplies, food and 1 glass of wine are included in program cost.
Scent Blending - You can make as many candles as you would like, but candle making is NOT included in program cost.  Food and wine are included in cost.
