Participants will have fun while getting a mix of cardio and strength training on the rebounder mini trampoline for beginners. Each week we will focus on a different area of the body, such as, core, upper body, lower body, back and full body with the last class dance party on the mini trampoline. This will be a challenging class so if you have experienced a recent injury or have health concerns, please contact your physician before beginning this exercise program. Rebounders are provided but please bring your water bottle, a towel, and slip resistant socks (or you can go barefoot, equipment is cleaned after each use).
Drop in available is space allows. Drop in fee is $15 per class.
