Youth artists will participate in “Chalk the Port” on Saturday beginning at 8:00am finishing up at 2:00pm As a participant in the Youth Artist Competition, you need only bring your talents and enthusiasm,.  All supplies will be provided.
Registration opens August 1 and space is limited so register now!
