No Class on September 25 and October 2Experience the joy of dancing by joining instructor Diane Anderson in our new line dance class at the Kennebunkport Recreation Building.  Class meets every Wednesday from 1:00pm-2:00pm, this class promises not only a fantastic time but also a chance to enhance your dance skills.  Strap on your dancing shoes and prepare for a delightful journey!Participate at your convenience with a drop-in fee of $5.00 per class, or opt for a 5-week session for just $22.00. 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM    Mad Science - Crazy Chemworks - Crazy Chemworks
In this program, children make gooey slime, experiment with different reactions and learn to use the tools that chemists use. Polymers and catalysts are only two of the fascinating concepts young scientists explore in this thrilling trip through the chemistry lab! At the end of every class, they take home an educational toy that extends the learning experience!  Program is appropriate for grades K-5th. This is an 8 week program running on Wednesdays from 3pm - 4pm.  Registrations and costs are for the whole 8 weeks.  The price is $180/ child.  This will be held at Kennebunkport Recreation building, located next to Consolidated School.  The dates are:9/189/2510/910/1610/2310/3011/1311/20NO CLASS 10/2 and 11/6

Explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Chair Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress and increasing mind-body connection and self-awareness! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel to place under the chair as well as a beach towel prop to use for resting/relaxation.Walk-ins are welcome for $12.For the safety of all, do not come to class if you are not feeling well.  Class is taught by Mindy of Mindy Muse Yoga. Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program.  This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements.  Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.
