Gentle Chair Yoga - Gentle Chair Yoga May Session Explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Chair Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress and increasing mind-body connection and self-awareness! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel to place under the chair as well as a beach towel prop to use for resting/relaxation.Masks are optional. To improve air quality, some windows will be opened and air purifiers will be running in the program room. For the safety of all, do not come to class if you are not feeling well. Class is taught by Mindy of Mindy Muse Yoga.
