In this four-week program, you’ll learn how to effectively strike the ball, maintain a rally, keep score, and the rules and basic gameplay. At the conclusion of these lessons, players will have the foundational understanding and skills to start playing Pickleball. This combination all levels yoga class is designed to incorporate both movement and relaxation. The class will begin with a vinyasa flow and then end with a restorative yoga sequence. The flow will incorporate stretching, strengthening and mind/body connection that will empower you. The restorative sequence will be designed to open the body passively and find a deep sense of relaxation to release daily stress. Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress and increasing mind-body connection and self-awareness! Decoupage Shells - Decoupage Shells Decoupage is the art of decorating an object by gluing colored paper cut outs onto it in combination with special paint effects, gold leaf, and so on. A decoupage shell is a seashell decorated in this manner.You will get to pick two shells, pick your designs, and complete the project from start to finish is this one and a half hour class! You will leave with works of art and a couple new trinket dishes.If you are interested in exploring decoupage art further, join Rayanne Coombs & Jo O'Connor at the Recreation Department and make two shells using this form of art. All materials are included in the class fee.

This combination all levels yoga class is designed to incorporate both movement and relaxation. The class will begin with a vinyasa flow and then end with a restorative yoga sequence. The flow will incorporate stretching, strengthening and mind/body connection that will empower you. The restorative sequence will be designed to open the body passively and find a deep sense of relaxation to release daily stress. Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00pm-8:30pm Sunday Sessions are 9:00am-11:30am *Reminder that there are only two courts available inside so there will likely be wait times to play. In this four-week program, you’ll learn how to effectively strike the ball, maintain a rally, keep score, and the rules and basic gameplay. At the conclusion of these lessons, players will have the foundational understanding and skills to start playing Pickleball. Bring your own paddle, or use one of ours!Sign up soon, there will only be 12 spots available to ensure participants have sufficient court time and 1-on-1 attention.
