Through hands-on experience, kids are taught the value of fresh, healthy ingredients and gain appreciation for the process of transforming those ingredients into a finished product.Each class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids' Test Kitchen, where participation is encouraged, and the choice to taste is always one's own.Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample finished dish - so they can show off what they learned at home!Parents report their kids come home from Kids' Test Kitchen EXCITED about fresh ingredients and new flavors! Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 - TCA2 - Tai Chi A2 Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program. This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements. Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Kids' Test Kitchen - Kids' Test Kitchen Cooking is a life skill, and so is eating!On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids' Test Kitchen's enthusiastic Facilitators get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Students engage with food in a way that is both educational and fun. Through hands-on experience, kids are taught the value of fresh, healthy ingredients and gain appreciation for the process of transforming those ingredients into a finished product.Each class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids' Test Kitchen, where participation is encouraged, and the choice to taste is always one's own.Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample finished dish - so they can show off what they learned at home!Parents report their kids come home from Kids' Test Kitchen EXCITED about fresh ingredients and new flavors! Reluctant eaters learn that food is safe and fun!
