10:00 AM - 11:00 AM	Gentle Chair Yoga - Gentle Chair Yoga October Session In this 55-minute class, you will explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Chair Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress and increasing mind-body connection and self-awareness! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel to place under the chair as well as a beach towel prop to use for resting/relaxation.Walk-ins are welcome for $15.For the safety of all, do not come to class if you are not feeling well.  Class is taught by Mindy of Mindy Muse Yoga.
