Treetops Music - Music Together Classes for infants - 5 years and the adults who love them! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Kazoo Song Collection!This spring join Music Together teacher, Sammie Haynes for a short 6-week semester with the Kazoo Song Collection, April 15 - May 20No, the songs aren't all played with kazoos, it's just a fun musical instrument reference. Your child will love "Marching and Drumming" and shaking ["Shake] those 'Simmons Down"! We'll dance to "Tingalayo," the Spanish folksong about a little donkey and "See the Pony Galloping"; we'll have fun singing about yummy foods in "Apples and Cherries" and much more! In addition to your weekly classes, your tuition includes recordings and materials for you to use at home, including an illustrated songbook and access to the songs through the Music Together app.Wiggling, singing, and laughing with your child is so much fun - it's easy to forget how much learning is taking place! In this 55-minute class, you will explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program.  This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements.  Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Join instructor Steph Redmond from KCS for an exciting and active walk/run program designed to get kids in grades K-5 moving, having fun, and staying healthy! This is a great opportunity for kids to enjoy physical activity while building fitness in a friendly and supportive environment. Dates: Fridays, May 1-29Time: 3:30 pm-4:30 pmCost: $40Where: Parsons Field, Kennebunkport, next to Consolidated SchoolWhat to bring: running sneakers, running shorts/pants, healthy snack, and water bottleVolunteers: Parents, if you're a runner and would like to help out with the program, we’d love your support! Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program.  This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements.  Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Join instructor Steph Redmond from KCS for an exciting and active walk/run program designed to get kids in grades K-5 moving, having fun, and staying healthy! This is a great opportunity for kids to enjoy physical activity while building fitness in a friendly and supportive environment. Dates: Fridays, May 1-29Time: 3:30 pm-4:30 pmCost: $40Where: Parsons Field, Kennebunkport, next to Consolidated SchoolWhat to bring: running sneakers, running shorts/pants, healthy snack, and water bottleVolunteers: Parents, if you're a runner and would like to help out with the program, we’d love your support! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.
