Zumba Dance Classes - Zumba Zumba is a fun way to get in shape! ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Resistance Band Training - Resistance Band Training Mondays | 11:15 AM – 11:55 AM | Location: Recreation Building Join us for a 6-week, low-impact Resistance Band Strength Class designed to improve muscle tone, balance, and flexibility using simple, effective resistance band techniques. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your current fitness routine, this class offers a supportive and engaging environment to build strength safely and at your own pace.What to Expect:
Full-body workouts using resistance bands
Focus on posture, stability, and controlled movements
Great for all fitness levels
A fun and motivating group atmosphere
