In this 55-minute class, you will explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program.  This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements.  Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.
