Explore mindfulness and Yoga postures using the support of a chair with both seated and some optional chair-supported standing postures. Chair Yoga is great for improving strength and flexibility as well as decreasing stress and increasing mind-body connection and self-awareness! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel to place under the chair as well as a beach towel prop to use for resting/relaxation.Walk-ins are welcome for $15.For the safety of all, do not come to class if you are not feeling well.  Class is taught by Mindy of Mindy Muse Yoga. Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 is a continuation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program.  This is ideal for individuals who have completed the Tai Chi for Arthritis program (also know as Tai Chi for Falls Prevention as offered from Agency on Aging) and are looking to add some more challenging movements.  Participants will review the movements from Part 1 and continue onto learn additional and more challenging forms. Parts 1 and 2 flow seamlessly together. This session will be held once a week, on Fridays, for 10 weeks. It is taught by Janice Paul, a board-certified TCHI instructor.

Fantastic Forces: In this program, kids explore a variety of introductory topics in engineering, physics and chemistry as they learn how science can be applied in everyday life. They learn about concepts like bridge construction, the forces of flight, how air pressure can be used to move things, and more! At the end of every class, they take home an educational toy that extends the learning experience! This is an 8 week program running on Thursdays from 3pm - 4pm.  Registrations and costs are for the whole 8 weeks.  The price is $180/ child.  This will be held at Kennebunkport Recreation building, located next to Consolidated School.  The dates are:4/104/174/245/15/85/155/225/29

Paw-some Dog Egg HuntBring your furry friend for a tail-wagging good time at our Dog Egg Hunt! This unique event is designed for dogs and their owners to join in on the Easter fun. Your pup will have the chance to sniff out colorful, treat-filled eggs hidden throughout the area. After the hunt, enjoy a relaxing time with fellow dog lovers and take a few pictures of your dog with the Easter Bunny. It's the perfect way to bond with your pet while celebrating the season. Don’t forget to bring your pup’s favorite leash (dogs must be on-leash at this event) and plenty of enthusiasm—space is limited, so be sure to register today! Please be sure to register each dog.

They learn about concepts like bridge construction, the forces of flight, how air pressure can be used to move things, and more! At the end of every class, they take home an educational toy that extends the learning experience! This is an 8 week program running on Thursdays from 3pm - 4pm.  Registrations and costs are for the whole 8 weeks.  The price is $180/ child.  This will be held at Kennebunkport Recreation building, located next to Consolidated School.  The dates are:4/104/174/245/15/85/155/225/29
