10:00 AM - 10:55 AM	Gentle Chair Yoga - Gentle Chair Yoga September 2026 Join Mindy Muse for a 55-minute Chair Yoga class that combines mindfulness, breathing, and gentle yoga postures using the support of a chair. The class includes seated movements along with optional chair-supported standing poses, making it accessible for a variety of fitness levels and abilities. Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility while reducing stress and fostering a deeper mind-body connection.Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or beach towel to place under their chair, as well as a beach towel to use as a prop during relaxation.Walk-ins are welcome for $15 (space permitting).For the health and safety of all participants, please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell.This class is taught by Mindy of Mindy Muse Yoga.
