Tennis in the Parks - Learn and Play (Youth) - Spring Session - Learn and Play Tennis (Grades 1-3) Spring Tennis in the Parks - Start. Learn. Play.The tennis program where kids play while they learn! This program is for brand-new, beginner, or returning novice youth players. Led by a USTA-approved coach, we focus on FUN and learning the basics. This program uses modified tennis balls, age-appropriate rackets and engaging activities that help players successfully learn and play the game quicker. Tennis in the Parks - Practice and Play (Adult) - Spring Session - Practice and Play (Adults) Spring Session Tennis in the Parks - Start. Learn. Play.For adult players who have completed at least one session of Tennis in the Parks or a similar introductory program and are now ready to practice, improve their game and have FUN! This program is run by a USTA-approved coach, players will receive instruction and do rotating match play to gain experience. Future Picklers Youth Clinic - Youth Pickleball Clinic Introduce your child to one of the fastest-growing sports in America! The Future Picklers Youth Clinic is a fun, high-energy, one-hour session designed to give kids a positive first experience with pickleball.Through games, movement-based drills, and guided instruction, players will learn:
Basic paddle skills and ball control
Simple rallying and game fundamentals
Intro to scoring and court awareness
Sportsmanship and pickleball etiquette
Kids will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for everyone—whether it’s their first time picking up a paddle or they’ve played a little before.Our goal is simple: every child leaves smiling and wanting to play again.All equipment (paddles and balls) will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own paddle if preferred. Please bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing and sneakers.Instructor: The clinic is led by Level 1 PPR certified pickleball coach Joanne Stamplis, a 4.0+ player with a passion for helping kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.
